- Messages can be up to 80 characters.
- No profanity, phone numbers, links, or player mentions allowed.
- Messages are filtered for inappropriate content.
- If you’re muted from sending "Shoutout" s, you’ll see when the mute will expire.
- Only virtual currency (gems) can be used to send messages.

Additionally you can turn off the Shoutout bar that displays the messages. 

You can find the option to turn off the Shoutout bar in the settings menu under the option "Shoutouts bar".
