In the ranked season, we also have several rule settings enabled that change the game to make it more interesting. These settings are:

• "Jokers". One joker is added as the highest trump card, ranking above all spades (even the ace).
• "Nil". A Nil bid means you promise to take zero tricks during the hand. If you succeed you get a big bonus, but if you take even one trick you receive a heavy penalty.
• Option is off "Blind Nil". Blind Nil is like Nil, but you bid zero tricks before seeing your cards (or with very limited information, depending on the rules).

The Ranked Games room awards points just like regular game rooms. Players can earn points for:

• Leveling up

• Climbing "The Best" leaderboard

• Contributing to their club
