You can not donwgrade from VIP to "NO Ads". This is due to the fact that the VIP subscription includes all the benefits from the "NO Ads". If you want to have a "NO Ads" subscription you have to cancel your VIP one and subscribe to "NO Ads" once your VIP status runs out.
