To make a donation to a club member the club, open the club profile and click on the notification icon you see in the top bar of the club window. There you will be able to request that a donation be made to you by another member by clicking the yellow Donation Request button and then choose which package of chips, VIPs or gems you wish to be donated to you.
If you want to fulfil a request for a donation to another member, click on the yellow button Donate chips/VIP/Gems, which is visible in the request for donation and you will be able to choose the method of payment of the respective donation and complete the purchase.
There is no restriction for making donations to the other club members and you can make as many donations as you want. However, there is a restriction on the donation requests of the players - each member can request a donation only once per 24 hours. After 24 hours, he/she will be able to make another request.
Important! Please note that donations must be made through the requests you see in the club's profile in order to contribute to the club experience. If you simply open the player's profile and make a donation via the Donate Chips/VIP/Gems button, this donation will not be considered as a completed donation request from the club.
