WebChat is a new, more convenient way to get answers to all your inquiries. It features an intelligent bot that automatically provides answers to most of the questions asked.

Important! This new option is available to all users who use the platform through a web browser.

You can find WebChat on https://belot.bg/ or in the FAQ section here. Scroll to the bottom right, and you'll see a yellow chat button. Once you click it, you can start a conversation.

If you want to submit your inquiry directly from the game, you can access your WebChat through the "Help" button in the settings of the Belot.BG platform.

Important! When you open a conversation through WebChat, don't skip the first few steps where you need to enter your details: username, email address, and user ID.

After completing these initial steps, you'll proceed to select the topic of your inquiry. The system will provide an answer or guide you through the next steps to solve your issue.
