When you encounter a problem with a purchase, please make sure to follow these steps:
  1. Try to disconnect from the game by completely stopping the application and restarting it.
  2. If the solution above does not work, please try to restart the device you use to play Belot.bg (Phone, Tablet)
  3. By following one of the solutions above and by reconnecting to Belot.bg, a message informing you that you have an unfinished transaction should appear. You just have to click on "Complete" to finalize your transaction.
  4. If the above solutions still do not work, do not panic! Check your email! You will find an invoice from the operator of the payment system you have used. (Apple App Store / Google Play)
  5. Send your invoice to support@belot.bg by mentioning the purchase you have made, the payment method and your in-game username.

IMPORTANT! If you have not received an invoice in your email, it means that you have not been charged. In some situations, the amount is held in the account, but the payment has not actually been made and the amount is refunded. You can also log in to your Apple App Store/Google Play account and check the status of your payment.
