This option is available when hosting a game in the "Play with friends" room.

With the  "Forced Play" option enabled, when 3 rounds have passed in the game during which everyone has said only "PAS", then in the next round the last player on the move from the team leading by points will be obliged to announce something and will not be able to to say “PAS”.
