When you encounter a problem with a purchase, please make sure to follow these steps:

1. Try restarting the application or browser you are playing from.
2. By following one of the solutions above and by reconnecting to Belot.bg, a message informing you that you have an unfinished transaction should appear. You just have to click on "Complete" to finalize your transaction.
3. Check your email and you will find an invoice from Facebook.
4. Send your invoice to support@belot.bg and mention these - the purchase you have made, the payment method, your in-game username.

IMPORTANAT! If you have not received an invoice on your email it means that you have not been charged. In some situations, the amount is held in the account, but the payment was not actually made and the amount is refunded.
