The following list of instructions should solve the issue, no matter its origin. Please note, it is strongly recommended that you attach an Email/Facebook/Google account to your game account so that you can log back into your profile after completing these steps.

1) Log out of your profile.
2) Uninstall the App from your device.
3) Restart your Router and Modem.
4) Restart your device.
5) Reinstall the App on your device.
6) Restart your device again.
7) Log back into your profile.

If you play via our mobile application we also suggest to disable messages and apps which are not very important - interruption from messages or Internet calls are often reasons. If you play on web clear the cache of your browser.

This list of steps should completely refresh your connection and ensure that your app is loaded correctly.
