• Abusive behavior towards other players negatively impacts the experience and in-game communication, so please be respectful of others. Some of the abusive behaviors include:
  1. -Hate speech and racism.
  2. -Obscene remarks or sexual content.
  3. -Threats or harassment.
  4. -Cursing, swearing, profanity and bullying.
  5. -Demeaning other players.
  6. -Provoking other players through the public chat.
  7. -Insulting celebrities and public figures.
  • -Penalties for repeated violations in the public chat:

    Please report any violating behavior by using the report button within the chat. Reports will be reviewed by our qualified admins who will take appropriate actions. Violating behavior will result in the following penalties:
  1. -Violating the rules in the general chat and private messages.
  2. -If you violate the public chat rules for the first time, your account will be banned from chat rooms for three days.
  3. -If you violate the public chat rules for a second time, your account will be banned from chat rooms for a week.
  4. -If you violate the public chat rules for a third time, your account will be banned from chat rooms for two weeks.
  5. -If you violate the public chat rules for a fourth time, your account will be banned from chat rooms for a month.
  6. -If you violate the public chat rules for a fifth time, your account will be banned from chat rooms for two months.
  7. -If you violate the public chat rules for a sixth time, your account will be banned from chat rooms permanently.
  • Violations that will result in removing public and private chat:
  1. -Violating public chat rules (such as provoking other players, advertising for other games or threatening and annoying other players) and repeating these violations will result in removing the general chat from the account for a period of time that will be determined by the support team.
  2. -Violating private chat rules (Such as complaints from other players about your account, cursing, threatening and harassment), will result in removing the private chat option from the account for a period of time that will be determined by the support team.
