If you've made a purchase with Xsolla but you didn't receive the item, please check your email for the confirmation receipt that you get for each successful purchase. On the receipt you should see the item name, price, the order number, the date of the payment and all of the purchase details. Please send the receipt to our support team at support@vipbelote.fr and we will check the payment in question.
