When you play in the training room vs bots you gain some experience points but it’s a really small number compared to the experience you gain in the other rooms.

It may help you to level up at the beginning but you will need to gain more experience every time you raise your level and it will be a really slow process if you play vs bots only. To level up faster, you have to play vs real players in the other game rooms.
