A moderator is any user who has created a topic in the general chat. He has the following rights:

- Can delete the messages of the participants in the topic he has created. (If a message is deleted, it cannot be recovered.)

- They have the option to chase other users from the topic they have created.
If a user is expelled from a topic, he will not be able to write in it. However, he will be able to continue reading as well as delete his old messages.
