In case you logged out of your account and came back, but the things you had (level, chips, VIP, cards, etc.) have changed or disappeared, it means that you have created new account by mistake.

In such a situation you have to open the main menu of the game and select the "Logout" button.

 

You can then log in again using the login method that created your original account.
