In order to make a Facebook payment, you have to play from your Facebook profile in the Facebook platform.

 

Click on the in-game store and choose the package you want to buy. 

Then, you will see the available payment methods offered by Facebook - PayPal, credit/debit card or a mobile phone. Choose the method you like and follow the instructions to finish the payment.
