To block another player, follow these steps:

1. Open the other player's profile.

2. Select the red button with a block symbol. Then you will see a new window.

3. Confirm that you want to block the user and he/she will no longer have access to your profile, he/she will not be able to message you and will not be matched with you in the matchmaking games.

The block option doesn't work in the tournaments.
